Breakthrough Innovative Group is a full service consulting firm specializing in Anger Management. A Los Angeles County Certified Provider since 2007, we provide education and training services to organizations and individuals to build stronger, healthier relationships.

Our team is trained to deliver information that is easy to understand and identify practical solutions to help manage stress and anger that interferes with work performance and daily life.

Our purpose is to provide a practical and creative solution that lessen or eliminate harmful reactions to the stressful situations in your life.

About The Instructor

Maria Vega is a court-appointed anger management specialist and corporate trainer who holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

As head of the North Hollywood-based Breakthrough Innovative Group, Ms. Vega has worked extensively in the areas of stress management, public speaking, family services, communications, mediation, conflict resolution, and company management.

“My goal is to create a culture of happy employees that thrive in their personal lives and in return bring that positive energy and influence into the workplace,” she emphasizes. “A happy employee will always give back to an organization that they feel cares about them."

She offers practical and creative solutions that facilitate personal growth and empowerment toward better relationships, improved job performance, stronger marriage, and healthier lifestyle while also helping clients identify their short-term and long-term goals.

Ms. Vega is certified in Anger Management by Anderson & Anderson, APC. Her extensive experience includes working in the nonprofit and public sectors as a college instructor, social services manager, program manager for post-secondary schools, and Director of Career Services and Placement for vocational schools and colleges.
