At Breakthrough Innovative Group, the focus is always placed on methods and techniques, designed to diffuse or eliminate the possible angry outburst. In this proven training model, loss of control is a result of mixed emotions. New and productive habits and responses are learned, and along with improved coping skills, the individual is given alternate ways of handling more productively what initially has triggered the anger.

​Who attends these classes? People seeking to improve relationships or to avoid conflict at work . Group sessions, one on one and online anger management programs available depending on the need.

One-on-One Session

The experience is one-on-one with a trained specialist, in a safe, caring, and confidential environment, to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors. They will work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
